Big Brothers Big Sisters of Snohomish County
Bowl For Kids' Sake 2010
May 1 and 2, 2010- Glacier Lanes
Bowl for Kids' Sake 2010, a fundraising
classic with an out-of-this-world theme this year! We need your
help to keep matching Bigs with Littles in Snohomish County!
How can I Get Involved?
- " Start
a Team as a Team Captain: Invite anyone who likes
to have fun and help kids - friends, family, co-workers - to
join your team of five bowlers. Remember, there's no experience
necessary! All Team Captains get special prizes!
- " Call
Janice at the BBBS Office and ask for a team packet.
We'll send you everything you need to get your team going and
start collecting pledges for the kids patiently waiting for
a Big Brother or Big Sister. Right now, there's over 100 kids
on the waiting list.
- " Come
out and Bowl for Kids' Sake! Enjoy
a fun hour of free bowling & shoes, free pizza
and pop, and lots of prizes, awarded for everything from
most gutter balls to best costume. A Team Theme is always fun!
- " FYI:
We ask each bowler to bring in at least $75 in pledges. Sessions
on Saturday and Sunday are 10:00 AM, Noon, 2:00 PM and 4:00
PM. We'll do our best to accommodate session requests on a first
come, first served basis. If you'd like to join an existing
team, give us a call!
- " Become
a Sponsor: With sponsorship levels between $10,000
and $50, we encourage you or your organization to help BBBS
underwrite the cost of this annual event. This is a great way
to show your active involvement in the community and take advantage
of media coverage and attention from community leaders. Call
for more info.
